Our auction process is designed to be clear and straightforward, providing a customised experience that meets your unique needs. We prioritize transparency at every step, allowing you to engage with confidence and clarity.

Please provide us with as much information as possible so the best results can be achieved. Via email or WhatsApp, send us the following information:

A) Full name

B) Full address, including any Zip/Post Code

C) Email address & telephone number you wish to use with this Account

D) Bank Account details for processing payments

E) Full description of the horse you wish to enter, including full name, height, sex, breed, pedigree, competition results, etc.

F) Any photographs (under 10 MB) &/or videos to be uploaded onto the Auction site

G) Any Veterinary or health certificates, test results, x-rays, etc.

PLEASE NOTE - Horses in Spain & Portugal must comply with Item 6.2 of our Terms & Conditions. A clear Equine Piroplasmosis test must be taken within 90 days of the Auction date.

Once a horse has been accepted we will issue an Invoice for the €250 entrance fee. No horse will go forward to Auction until this has been paid. Concessions are available for multiple horses.
